Oldest child requested we attempt ‘Cat Pods’ for a wonderful area ‘No-Kill’ Shelter…said her employer had a ‘few’ extra TShirts leftover from a recent employee morale booster that we could use for ‘Yarn’… So far, I’ve counted 100 of them… and there are 2 more big boxes still in my car. And the colors…! I’ve ‘Googled’ cat color-perception and I guess day-glo orange looks like a muted orange-tan color to them… but sometimes I think it’s just a bit much! The yellow-green is almost as intense! :D

02/06/16… Very floppy looking when done - even though fabric is quite stiff… Pattern suggests reinforcing opening with wire. I wonder if slipped stitch “exoskeleton” might help. Next step to try out on actual cats :)
