I used the pattern to make these, closed each candy corn up at the bottom, but did not stuff them.

Then, using my 1.65mm crochet hook, and crochet thread, i chained 12, and then slip stiched to form a loop, making it easy to hang up, then continued to chain 35 stitches between each candy.
