I did the ribbed neckline in tosh vintage, and it looks perfect. I love those autumnal colors. The rest of the sweater (except the cuffs and possibly hem) will be in the red Cascade. Their Heathers colorways are gorgeous. I’ll have to do a high-res macro picture at some point so you can see the gentle flecks of highlights and lowlights. This is not just a semi-solid, it’s a strange hybrid between a semi and tweed. It’s glorious.

8/28/2014 This is progressing way faster than expected. In the course of less than a week, I’ve gone from casting on to hip increases. The body should be done by the end of this week. Meanwhile, I do have a KAL I should be working on. So this may have to wait a little bit for sleeves, but if should have this on the blocks before mid September, I suspect. It will be in plenty of time to match the autumn foliage.
