Mods:
Added a selvedge stitch on each side.
Row 52: On both pieces, knit first 6 stitches in stockinette. Place on scrap yarn (1st side - leave live on second). Bind off until the last 5. Knit in stockinette. Place on scrap yarn (1st side - leave live on second). 6 total stitches when you count the last bind off stitch.
Shoulders: join using 3 needle bind off with the right sides facing each other.
