Notes

Turning out to be too tight. Cast on what is supposed to be the top of the hat onto US 5 circulars, and increased stitches, so I don’t have to frog the entire project.

Pulling out ribbing and picking up stitches with US 4 and flipping the hat around to make the former bottom the top to decrease.

Will re-add ribbing to the opposite end.
