Notes

Basic Double Crochet Scarf with Fringe
I used a foundation double crochet instead of using a chain to start the project.
Work the foundation DC as long as you want your scarf to be.
I did 7 double crochet rows in the Dark blue, 2 rows in the green and then 7 rows in the medium blue.
The fringe is in the white and green so as to make all 4 Seahawks colors represented in the scarf.
