Notes

Gorgeously supersoft, luxurious yarn that makes the dromedary green with envy! Just had to get started with it, so I chose this beautiful flowing pattern thinking it will take me to the Sahara of my dreams…

Actually my first lace project ever - and first time I have soaked and blocked anything. It WAS fun! Came out thinner, more elegant and with more drape than I expected. Very much drape and definition, thanks to the 50 % silk, I guess. Very soft and gentle next to the skin. So don’t really care any more about those small waves I wasn’t happy with. They are ok too!

(Almost forgot to add that the colour seems to change constantly, depending on the light. Sometimes warm and yellow, sometimes shifting towards lime green, sometimes dry and sandlike…)
