Going to start a new one after I get new yarns, so will work the ends in, and get buttons on later.

Got the baby’s measurement today, as he just had his 6 month check-up, chest is 18”…..so, think I may need to make a new one…since this is only 20 1/2” finished chest….it will not fit for very long. Sleep on it tonight, and decide tomorrow.

Went in on the cost of yarn with njoyaknitting, to make a matching sweater to go with the blanket she is making for a mutual friend’s new grandbaby. Find her project HERE

Happy Birthday to my Dad! Going to work on sleeves in between things today..trying magic loop for the first time since I have no dpns in that size, and so far, it’s going great, no ladders, no gaps…pretty happy. :-)

Both sleeves finished, and button bend all picked up. Hopefully finish up tomorrow..

Was hoping to hear back with the baby’s measurement, but haven’t yet…so decided to just work the band anyway..and if I have to make another, then so be it. Worked 5 rows rib before buttonhole row.. placed 7 buttonholes.
