11/21/15 I finished with a border of 3 rows single crochet. That used less than 50 grams. I am so happy with the final result!

I knew it was just a matter of time before I started a sock yarn blanket. But after looking at alot of the other projects, I liked the ones with a color theme the best. I had to do mine in autumnals! I love how this is working up!

My goal is to only use yarn that I already have for this blanket. I don’t think that will be a problem though.

Just typing that makes me giggle!

Each square is started with 33 stitches and takes about 2.5 grams of yarn. Each square is 2 1/2 inches.

DD = slip 1 stitch knitwise, k2tog, psso
slip 1st stitch every row
purl last stitch every row
