I updated some of the photos with better colour.

The pattern yarn combo makes this a fast knit.
There was a small error in the heel directions, but I charted it out and it is now clear.
Follow your instincts with the one description of the cable cross - the l3twist and r3twist instructions were reversed. Easily to figure out the correct way.
