Blocked gauge on 3.5mm
12sts and 18 rows to 5cm

Slightly perturbed as colour looks different to what I saw in store.
Plan is to start Size 2 and increase to size 3 to reflect the difference between my high and full bust.

08.08.16
On back, work 45 rows (size 2) to account for gauge difference, then increase to 103 sts (size 3-1 st as odd/even difference).

09.08.16
Joined the fronts and sweater seems to be fitting okay, though perhaps I should have made the neckline a bit deeper.

10.08.16
Joined the armpits. Need to try to calculate final length of sweater to figure out how many purple rows to do in between each stripe.

12.08.16
I’ve started the waist increases now, as well as both green stripes so this body is going pretty well. I will probably have to knit both sleeves in a week, so we shall see if that is possible!

15.08.16
Working on the ribbing on the body now, and should hopefully finish it today. Nearly finished my first skein of yarn, I could have done this sweater with two I reckon. Getting worried about whether I will get the sleeves done as I have a busy week coming up!

16.08.16
Finished my ribbing and in a dilemma about whether to do ordinary cast off in pattern or attempt fancy tubular cast off. Bit concerned I could mess up tubular and not sure how much difference it will make to the finish.

24.08.16
Ended up doing a regular BO, but I am resolving to try a tubular BO soon. I might make a swatch so I can practice as it looks quite tricky.
Little bummed that I failed to medal in the Ravellinics but this sweater is now very close to completion and I think I will enjoy wearing it come autumn.

25.08.16
Nearly done the ribbing on the second sleeve. Going to try tubular CO.

26.08.16
Attempted tubular CO using the TechKnitting method on the second sleeve but the cast off is too tight. I also managed to twist the last couple of stitches. Not sure whether to re-try tubular CO or just do normal CO.

30.08.16
Still having issues with the cast off. Been sewing in ends instead.

19.09.16
Decided to go for ordinary cast off in pattern for the second sleeve. Just picked up the stitches for the neckband, might have another go at tubular CO for that.

09.11.16
After a very long hiatus, I have finally cast off the neckline of this sweater. Having mastered the tubular CO thanks to Ysolda, I have now decided to re-do the cast off on the cuffs to match. Then blocking!
