Notes

Cute dress, not a huge fan of construction. I think I’ll do things a bit differently next time. I’d prefer seed st borders and more gradual skirt increases - would work them every other repeat instead of every repeat. I’d also work the increases on the edges and not in the centre of the reverse stockinette st points.

I first did a dip dye job on this dress a few years back, but it didn’t end well. The gradient was uneven ans splotchy. The dress has been sitting in a drawer for like 3-4 years maybe, and I finally got around to redoing the dye job today. It turned out darker than expected, but I like it! I added the button flap around the nexk in a different colour yarn, and sew the buttons. I’m happy with the finished result!
