I’ve used 8mm eyes.

Head
R4 = sc2, 2sc (24sts)
R5 = sc3, 2sc (30sts)
R8 = sc2tog, sc3 (24sts)
R9 = sc2tog, sc2 (18sts)

As those Snails are keyrings and Christmas tree decors, I did not put pellets in the body instead I’ve added a little string above the shell.
