10th March 2012:

I finished this project in August of last year and have worn it today for the first time. Don’t ask me why!

We have had beautiful spring weather in Madrid today and I could not resist taking my Carrie out of the closet. This is my first project from Kim Hargreaves and will not be the last. I have definitely fallen in love with Kim’s beautiful designs.

I did not like the picot edges and omitted them. Apart from this, I followed the pattern without changes (I only lengthened the torso a bit).

Regretfully I do not remember hoy many balls of yarn I used…
