The first time I saw this tunic I thought “what a strange thing”… but the more I looked at it and at all the other finished projects, the more I liked it. At the end I liked it so much that I decided to knit one for myself, even knowing that wearing it would mean stepping out of my comfort zone.

Well, it is done! I wore it yesterday for the first time, and I like it. It is something different to wear, but I am sure that I will get used to it. The only thing that I am not happy with is the back, where you change the colours to form the stripes. I found a tutorial from Garnstudio to make the transition as invisible as possible. I wish I hadn’t paid attention to it, as I don’t like the result at all, it looks a bit messy. I am trying to forget about it, but this is a difficult thing, being such a perfectionist as I am…
