It is not orange, it is not pink. I don’t know what this colour is exactly, but I liked it when I saw it in the shop and thought that it would be nice to knit something in a (for me) unusual colour, and I did not regret it (although I am not sure whether it is age-appropriate for me or not…).

Knitting this springy pullover has been a real pleasure: The pattern is very well written, I had only one doubt when I was going to make the last increases in both sleeves (at the point where the leaf is split into two halfs). But I think that finally I did everything well.

The fact that the pattern is written in three different languages was very helpful; I followed mostly the English version, but read also the German version just to compare and make sure that everything was going on well.

28th March 2012:
I wish I had knitted this pullover with long sleeves! This is such a warm pullover that long sleeves would have been a better choice in order to wear it when it is colder outside. But now it is too late :(

I don’t know what is wrong with my iPhone camera today. I will add better pictures as soon as possible.

I have forgotten to mention that I added a full pattern repeat (16 rows) to the body and to the sleeves.

4th April 2012:
I have added a new picture; the colour shown in it comes a bit closer to the actual colour of the pullover, but not 100%. At least this picture is a bit sharper than the other ones.
