13.11.11: I gave up smoking on the 21st August and put on 12 kilos - no, I don’t eat junk food. For the first 4 weeks I did crave eat - dried fruit, cashews and almonds. I’d just grab a handful whenever a craving came - thick and fast at first then after 3 weeks not so much. By week 5 had added an extra meal, breakfast, taking me up to 2 meals a day and stopped with the craving eating. But the damage was done. I feel like a whale and I am not knitting anything for this body in its current state.

The divine Madelinetosh Pashmina will just have to wait until I don’t look and feel so horribly overweight.
