I’m teaching my first stranded colorwork classes using his cowl! The Bouton D’Or is so luxurious to knit with.

This cowl ideal to learn colorwork -- even more than the Baa-ble Hat the pattern is based on. That is because the alpaca/llama neck forces you to carry your contrast color almost the entire row without knitting it!
