Very similar to The Sophie Scarf pattern

Fingering held with mohair (I only had 200 yard of fingering so will have to shorten I will weigh the yarn to note mid point before decreasing)
alpaca starting weight 1.7 oz

Increase to 37 sts and final length 39 inches not long enough so I added 6 stitch icord for ties.

Next time make length 55 inches and increase to 25 or 28 sts not 37

CO 6 sts, knit 4 rows before starting increases
increase method (knit front and back kfb)
yarn forward last 3 sts, slip as if to purl

decrease method, skp, slip as if to knit, knit 1, pass the slipped stitch over

Bind Off:
bo 3 knit wise, 3 purl wise

I found this set up way too confusing?? maybe just a blonde moment?
