Size 10 = 15sts before blocking, 14 after; yarn relaxes and grows a bit
Forgot to change needles after ribbing on back. Got half of front finished before I realized what I was doing. Ripped back the front, knit it with the size 10 then blocked both pieces. Smaller needles came out a better size. Started front from ribbing again.

Pattern says to pick up 96 stitches around neckline. There are 72 places to pick up so had to pick up between stitches on decrease sides of front neck. Ribbing seems rather too much but will see when blocked.
