Notes

A test knit for Amanda.

Got gauge and started. Using a yarn a dyed specifically for this project

I’m about to start section 3. The pattern is well written. The short rows are easy. A good introduction to short rows

Although the pattern is repetitive it is still easy to go wrong. Two areas to take care

1) the main colour is made up of 4 rows (2 ridges)
2) the contrast colour is only two rows, however, remember that the second row is purled. This is easily overlooked especially if your contrast colour is dark as it’s not easy to pick up.
