Notes

Updated: The Western Sky and Tanis MCN are both machine washable (and dryable) like rockstars. The Tanis is fluffier/softer, but a year later showing slight fluffing and pilling. The Western sky isn’t as soft, but it looks Brand New. I would knit with them both again and both are great yarns. The Western Sky MCN would make a fantastic garment.

Also, I wear this damn thing every day. Love It.

The color progression of the yarns inspired the project name: “Lover’s Point” is one of my favorite spots in Monterrey where the sandy beach and tide pools are steps away from a very deep, dark ocean. Beautiful place, beautiful yarn.

Great pattern for reading/movies. No idea how people complete this in 2 weeks - it’s almost a sweater’s worth of garter stitch. I read the Hunger Games series, and watched enough Law and Order to make me doubt humanity.

This was an obsessive knitting project and will likely make another soon.
