09/04/2014 = Decided for my kids I was going to use reflective yarn for my kids’ winter hats this year. But upon crocheting the first hat, the size 4-12 is large enough for my big head. (my military hat size was a 7 1/2) so def going to use the smallest pattern for my 2 year old and will prob do this same size for my other older son. But just a warning, Sizes are quite large.

09/08/2014 = Finished the 2nd minion hat. I switched to size F hook instead of the H hook I used for the first hat. Fit much better on the kiddo switching to F hook. I also love the way the brown on the eyes look more realistic than just the solid black. I have one more to do and all of my boys will have a winter hat this year!
