This is an easy lace pattern, and the results are worth the effort. I used lace weight yarn on US5 needle. It blocks to 48” diameter.

2012-May-29: It’s blocking! I love my lace blocking wires.

2012-May-17: the edging is in progress. I’m going to run out of the first skein and have to start the second.

2012-Feb-20: Hated the needles so much I ripped it out and bought some Bryson DPNs for working on the center. Addi lace needles will be in use very soon. Used disappearing loop caston by memKnits I found on YouTube.

2012-Feb-19: Finally cast on using Judy’s magic caston and finished first chart. It’s all easy so far, but I hate all the needles I have in size 5. Must remedy this ASAP.
