440 yards in this skein: I had 125 leftover, so this only used about 315 yards.

This simple lace shawl can easily be worn as a lightweight, decorative scarf. For those of you new to lace, this shawl is made almost entirely of Yarn Overs and K2TOGs with a few SKPs thrown in for good measure.

I knit this up over two crazed days of nonstop knitting and football (and a nasty cold!). The pattern itself is really quite simple with many repetitive parts that creates a lovely symmetrical pattern in the shawl / scarf.

Sep 12: Finished Chart A - 163 stitches (4 repeats each side)
Finished two rounds of Chart B - 187, 211 stitches (5, 6 repeats each side)

Sep 13: Finished Chart C - 241 stitches (7 repeats each side) Finished one round of Chart D - 265 stitches (9 repeats each side) Finished 2nd round of Chart D - 289 stitches (10 repeats each side).
