I’ve frogged the sweater and re knitting it on needle 4.5 and one size bigger ,the chart on the yoke needle 5
needle 4.5 the gauge is 18sts and 26 rows

Previous I’ve knitted on needle 4 on the stockinet part , after a few washes it’s getting tighter and itchy (19sts and 26 rows)
