Bought Susan’s pattern at the recommendation of my dear friend, Beth Webber. Looks like an adorable doll. I dusted off my knitting needles after a long hiatus.

Had a lot of fun deciding on colors and hair which is currently on its way. A large loop boucle in blond purchased from A Child’s Dream Come True.

7-19-2014 Update:

Molly is a recent pattern I purchased from Mary Janes Tearoom. This is an awesome pattern with a fantastic result. I really love how she came out. The original pattern calls for DK yarn. I have very little of this weight yarn so I knitted Molly with worsted weight 100% Peruvian wool. She came out 17”. The original pattern doll is 14”. I can live with it.

Update 7-22-2014

I purchased several bunny patterns from MJT. I bought them for the sheer delight in having them and their lovely clothes. I do that sometimes and never get around to making the pattern.

I wonder if the bunny clothes will fit Molly. She is about the size of the bunnies…17”. Maybe I’ll try making the bloomers. I’m not experienced enough in knitting to make modifications to a pattern if they don’t fit.
