Cuff knit in West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4 ply - Cardamom.

Cast on 64 for first sock on 2.25mm. I usually use a 2.5mm but wanted to see what difference a smaller needle would make. I think it’s a bit tight! So for sock 2 I stuck with the smaller needle but cast on 68 stitches.

Cuff 2x2 rib
Heel - FLK
Toe - rounded toe

The second sock creates a better fitting sock but I’m not crazy about the fit of the heel. I want to find a heel that isn’t a heel flap and gusset construction, so will dig around for a different one for the next sock project.
