Sarah Carpenter brought yarn to the lake house and my curiosity about the pattern got the better of me! I think that the pattern has you start out with too many chains— if you notice in my picture, the middle looks a bit wonky. I crocheted a whole set for Libby’s lake house and on the subsequent donuts, I chained two fewer stitches to start. That resulted in a much prettier center. It might just be my chaining tension, though! Brilliant and adorable pattern, otherwise!
