4-10-15

This yarn started as a cabled brioche scarf but it was way too tight to work with yarn this fluffy so here we are.

4-21-15

Discovered I forgot to change to the larger needles and ripped back and then found I started on the with the C2B instead of C2F. To keep track of my pattern, I’m counting two less rows so I don’t get thrown off by my mistake.

4-27-15

Found that I can’t stop screwing up the first row so I’m trying yet another project.

4-28-15

Not a fan of Lunatic Fringe in this yarn so off I go with another.

9-13-15

I got pretty concerned about being able to finish (though the pattern called for 380 yards and I had 384 and was getting pretty close to gauge) so I ended after two repeats and through row 14 of a third. I’m going to use the frilled standard bind off I read about Knit Freedom.

All bound off and just waiting for a block. Woo, my first shawl complete!
