Good old garter stitch. Cast on 22 sts, knit every row until you run out of yarn. I spun this yarn by splitting the top in half, and making three 2 oz balls running red to purple along the rainbow. I then split each of these in half lengthwise, now having 6 balls running red to purple. I corespun each as the colors came, giving me skeins which each have two repeats of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. I attached the red to the end of the purple when knitting. When done will have a long scarf with 6 repeats running red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. So far, it is gorgeous, pics when done…

update 10/21/11- stopped with 5 repeats as it is about 7 feet long! Love this scarf!
