Knit with handspun two ply superwash Merino sock yarn, spun by longdrawjames from my own colorway, Chevalier. Wonderful spinning, James! I believe he spun this as a fractal- looks like he broke the braid in half, and spun one half from end to end for longest color runs, the took the other half and stripped maybe 4 times, allowing the colors to run through their progression several times. Then plied the two singles together, creating this very interesting effect. I might not have made socks had I realized the yarn would stripe this way, but I am so glad I did!
