I’m making this as a surprise for my friend who just got a pug puppy and his name is Moe. Moe!!! She’s an MSU Spartans fan. I’m sending this to her as a joke mostly but I’d love at least one photo of him in it… and he might even get to wear it sometimes if her daughters let him!
