The fruit salad turned out to be more like a sunny orange extravaganza, with a bit of pink and red added afterwards. I was hoping for chunks of each color, but surprisingly when watching the strands up close there are all these delicate shades of strawberry red, raspberry pink, papaya orange and pineapple yellow.

Normally not one of my fav colors, but definitely a result that makes me very happy

1 - Wilton red;
2 - Wilton red with more water added;
3 - Wilton red with half a pill of Easter egg paint;
4 - Wilton terracotta pink;
5 - Yellow food dye powder sprinkled on top.
