Looks interesting but I’m sorry to say that it gets a bit… tedious… boring… after a while.
With my daily commuting - and this as the only project in my bag- I will probably finish anyway.

Decided to knit 5 rows of barnacles rather than 4. If I have more yarn left I will knit it longer as well.

Closing in now. Only have a couple more barnacles to knit on this side - and then the fifth row on the other side.

Yarn used: Original size: Each half weighed 83 g. ~ 500 yards/ 460 m or a total of 165 g. ~ 992 yards /906 m.

I chose to make mine larger. Adding an extra row of barnacles and extra lenght as well. Using a total of 215 g. of yarn.
