En Plotulopi turquoise et fuchsia, acheté pour mon anniversaire originellement pour faire un Héla deux couleurs.
Patron offert par le Père Noël.

La laine donne l’impression de tricoter un nuage.
Elle doit vraiment se tricoter en double pour que les fils tirés ne se voient pas dans la partie jacquard.

20 jan 2012 : Corps fini. Il pèse 175 grammes.
J’ai fait les manches avec 12 aug. tous les 8 rangs, plus 18 rangs droits. Les manches sont très étroites (je serre comme un vieux bourrin quand je fais du magic loop !)

1er fév 2012 : Rangs raccourcis terminés. Quelques hésitations mais HM a effacé mes doutes. Le truc, c’est qu’on doit faire ces rangs raccourcis entre les marqueurs avant, mais en passant par le dos. Elle a aussi envoyé un errata hier (merci au Père Noël d’avoir fait suivre !)

5 fév 2012 : triot terminé, gilet lavé, steeks faits, les doigts dans le nez ! Je suis immédiatement rentrée dans ce club des steekeuses addicts je pense, car je prévois de tricoter en rond puis de couper un gilet pour Gabuzhom.
PROBLEME cependant : le zip prévu est trop court et la couleur est difficile à débusquer. Je n’aime pas vraiment la solution boutons car le gilet est serré et j’ai peur de l’effet Hulk se transforme.
Finalement, je vais mettre un bouton au niveau du col.

It has to be worked two ply at a time, especially for the fair isle part.

20th Jan 2012 : Body finished. It weigths 175 grams.

24th Jan 2012 : for the sleeves I made 1 inc. every 8 rows, 12 times, then 18 rows even. Sleeves are very narrow. It’s because I do stretch the yarn a lot when I do magic loops.

1st feb 2012 : I’m finished with the short rows. I had some doubts at this point but HM gave me some advices. Moreover, she sent an errata file yesterday.
The point is that, when you make the short rows, you have to knit through the back, beween the front markers. I was not sure of this. The way to do short rows with yo’s is fun.

5 Feb 2012 : Knitting finshed, cardi washed, steeks done. The fingers in the noze (could any English speaker tell me if this funny French sentense is actually understood in English ???)
It is so fun to do that I think I will soon knit in a round, and then cut a traditional cardi for GabuMan.
Just a PROBLEM : the zip is too short.
Finally, I will put a boutton near the collar.
