Use 36.75 size.
Picked up 4 additional sts to prevent holes, then decreased them as indicated until 50 sts remained. 1x1 rib

I did a few increases at bust

I didn’t make waist decreases.

Made it A line style, making several increases after the waist line

I didn’t knit the last 2 rows of the collar because I didn’t have enough yarn

I neglected this while I knitted a test
