Done at last!! It came out quite large, big enough to fit a twin size bed. (54” x 82”)

For the border I did one row of dc along the two long sides, and on the short sides I straightened out the ripples by alternating 4 sc at the top of the peak, then 2 hdc, then 2 dc, and then 2 tcs at the very bottom of the valley. Then back up again. For the second round I did plain sc and for the edging I used the crab stitch, or reverse single crochet. I’m very happy with how it came out and hope my brother and sister-in-law like it as much as I do!
