This went fast and was fun to knit, though it was really repetitive.

I followed the pattern except I cabled every 8th row. I felt it showed off the cables more than when I cabled every 6th row. I slipped the first stitch of every row for a more even look. I also used the EZ sewn bind-off to better match my long-tail cast on.

This Madelinetosh yarn is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful variations in color, but the first three pictures are most true to life.
