Notes

This is an improvised tunic dress. I found 3 skeins of Schoppel Leinen los in my stash and combined these with a black cotton yarn from Hamburger Wollfabrik. First I made the yoke by crocheting a 16 cm wide band from hdc, defining the lenght of the band by trying on. After reaching the right length of bust band, which means that it fits really snugly, I closed this by sewing ends together. Second I crocheted on the skirt, using a shell pattern, enlarging pattern repeat all 8 rows.

After this I added straps by trying on garment.
Bust band and straps are made with hook 4,5, skirt is crocheted with hook 5,5.

I will sew in a lining in the skirt, as this is bit transparent. This is not really a dress for hot days, because the Leinen los yarn is made from 70 % wool, but I love it and it fits me perfectly, because the simple construction allows to customize a lot.
