25 April 2022: I finally got going on this project. One bee is finished and the second underway. Although I made gauge, the towel is coming out much wider than the pattern specs.

25 Oct 2025: This went into deep hibernation after my mother died in the beginning of May 2022. There were so many changes i didn’t have the brains to follow a chart. I picked it up again with intent to finish and it is going well.

5 Nov 2025: It turned out to be a fun knit! I can see how rattled I was when it went into hibernation. It is good to be on the other side of that pain.

I made one mistake in each selvedge column which I didn’t see until too late. Given that this is a dish towel, it’s no big deal.
