15 Aug 2020: After the initial swatching and planning, this had to wait to be cast on due to work pressure and unexpected travel due to family illness. I picked it up last week with the intent to get the yoke done before work picks up again in a couple of weeks.

23 Oct 2020: Playing yarn chicken with final skein. Getting around 5 rows per .5 oz. Added 2 sets of short rows to the back.

25 Oct 2020: Math worked out perfectly so I had only 3 yds or so left of yarn. BO was a challenge. Settled on Russian BO for the cable panels and suspended BO for the ribbing. Modified the cable panels because I had enough yarn for a few more rows. After Row 8 of the neckband panel, I worked K2, P2, K2 on the 6 st lace portion. Made a nice bit of ribbing to arrest the curl in the stockinette after BO.

28 Oct 2020: Blocked sweater is glorious and I don’t want to take it off. A new favorite.

30 Oct 2020: RIP Bizco. You will always be one of the great loves of my life.
