7 Oct 2023: Chicken knitting done. Waiting on eyes and knitting the accoutrement when I return from a conference.

28 Oct 2023: Eyes were worth the wait. The lashes slay me! Not sure the lily and earrings were worth the fuss, but a girl has to accessorize.

The name is a play on words. Azucena is Spanish for lily and azúl is blue. A blue chicken wearing a lily--yeah, I crack myself up.
