31 Aug 2020: This yarn was my first big splurge of good yarn. I had just moved to the city, and for the first time in my life I had access to a LYS. I fell in love with this yarn and felt a bit guilty spending on it. I was a newlywed with a new mortgage, and I had not been able to find a job at that time. My husband bought it for me and I made myself a simple but dressy tee that I wore for literally decades. The leftovers have languished in stash since 1998-1999. I figured that both the yarn and myself would benefit from some new and much-appreciated dishcloths.
