The Malabrigo came out more violet/bluish than I thought, that is why I was hesitating in the beginning. The green lines does not stand out as I hoped for, but the colours are really beautiful!

The yarn is so wonderful to work with, and I think this will be a favorite shawl! And maybe I make another one in other colours later on - my stash is temenduously big by now ;-) !

Finished measures, unblocked: 45cm+97cm= 142cm wide, 60cm at the center spine. Somewhat smaller than expected, but I used smaller needles (the Malabrigo Rios calls for 4,5-5,5, and the Venezia worsted 4,5). I suppose that I ignored that information because I am more comfortable with smaller needles ;-). The result is a tight knitted shawl (which I love), clean rows, a little less drapy than the photo in the pattern.

I did not have enough yarn to finish 12 stripes entirely, so I cheated on the last one making some adjustments with the number of stitches in the short-rows. I had 32 gr left of the Venezia worsted.

BO with needle no 5 to get the right loose tension.
