A Chuck for Mad May!! Cast on yesterday with size 6 needles

Done! Completed last night including working in all my ends, just need to block it and take some pictures! Really well written pattern - easy for me to follow and I don’t consider myself an advanced knitter. I made no mods on my size M except that I did a couple extra rows of ribbing on the bottom as I have a long torso. I would rate this as intermediate since there were a few things I had questions on, but a little internet research helped me out. I messed up the side cables a few times, which you can see in the very first photo, but I dropped down the stitches for just those areas to correct them instead of frogging back and they look great now.

I couldn’t decide what kind of bind off to do and played around with a few different ones to see what they would look like. I ended up doing Jeny’s stretchy BO on the bottom band, but a different stretchy one for the neck and cuffs since I wanted a little more structure and slightly less stretch (knit two together thru back loop, then place stitch back on left needle, repeat.)

I surprised myself by NOT running out of yarn, in fact I have almost a whole skein left.

Love the finished product! Goes with everything.
