i made these for my daughter who is 20 months old. i found some info on altering online at french press knits. they ended up being just a bit small, and i tightened the heel too much….not happy with them. will try again in a few months but at this point want to move onto other projects. don’t know why but feel like it took me a long time to knit then piece together, then felt, just lots of steps. here is the link i used for making smaller and i also shortened the length when making all sections.
