Just started a swatch using Baby Alpaca Silk as MC and Alpaca 4 ply as CC. It seems to work out well.
The front is finished, but it looks rather small. I will do some serious blocking on this before starting the back, to see if it will work out fine!
I blocked the front to a length of 21 inches, but it still seems a bit short for my body. The pattern says 19 inches for this size, but that would be belly button showing.
The yarn is thinner than the Tosh 4 ply, used in the pattern. I should have gone up a needle size to get the oversized look. But I am happy also with the tighter fit.
