OK, my Tips for making this hat
1. There is a error on the hem color-work, to fix it I followed Susanmarie directions:

On rows 4-12 :
Work stitches 1-29 and skip stitch #30 (its one of the totally blue columns). Then work stitch #31-54, then work stitch #10. Now you have worked 54 stitches (half of the hat).
Then repeat the above starting with stitch #1 for the second half of the hat.
A total of 108 stitches.
After working row 12 go back to the chart as written.

1. I’m a real newbie to color-work and I discovered (when I had to rip back my work many times) I was working much to tightly, so knit loosely and I twisted to unused color every 4th or 5th stitch, I think I was doing it every 3rd and that was to much.

2. I added the 2010 when I got to the antlers because it helped with carrying to yarn. Plus I liked it.

3. I followed the decreases at the crown until I got to the red and white section I started to decrease every row because I didn’t want that crazy peck on my hat.
