This was great fun to make. Crochet at it’s best and most creative, just the way I like it.
A skirt guard to protect all my long skirts so I can still wear them when biking.

I talked with the designer and it is indeed a good idea to spray this with a stain and waterproof spray.

Attaching it to the bike took longer than expected but the result is nice enough. There are no descriptions as to how to attach this skirt guard to your bike but that is logical because every bike is completely different! Whatever the designer tried to explain to me, it turned out differently on my own bike.

I did separate two of the flowers so I could hook my lock through my back wheel.

One downside to this is that you can’t just put this on & off as easily as you would like. I’m thinking about a system I could find out so that I could take this off if ever I see that I won’t be using this for a bit.
